Unfortunately, refunds are not available and exchanges can only be offered if products are faulty on arrival.
In case of faulty or damaged items, please contact us (via Instagram, Facebook or werkejewellery@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving item if faulty or damaged so we can organise a replacement.
